A Pissed Off Dad

Eric Scharfenberger, “A Pissed Off Dad” testified in front of the California legislator that the California laws are unconstitutional, and tells them that the family courts have kidnapped his 11-month-old son, are trafficking his child for Title IV-D money, and that they are in bed with the executive. He equates what the family courts are doing to a phrase from Hitler’s Mein Kampf.

Hitler did not actually say that phrase but who cares when your child is being stripped from you. This father gets the point across regardless of whether the California legislators look stone-faced or not. The legislators thank him and he sits down after his three minutes. But the Facebook community is not letting this video go unnoticed as of yesterday it had over 308,000 views and over 10,000 shares. It is about time that this message goes viral!

Eric says that he will be releasing a trailer to a documentary that he is making that will expose the corrupt and criminal business that “I have more content dropping soon. Iv’e actually been working on a documentary to expose these criminals, and im getting ready to drop the trailer. Stay tuned;).”

The Hitler phrase that Eric refers to is actually a modern interpretation of the following according to an anonymous writer on a blog called Angry Dad:

George,
Excellent job researching this!

I’d like to add the following to the last excerpt you cited, which is a more complete citation. More importantly, note the last sentence of this citation:

“… It (the State) must proclaim
the truth that the child is the most valuable possession a people can have. It must see to it that only those who are healthy shall beget children; that there is only one infamy, namely, for parents that are ill or show hereditary defects to bring children into the world and that in such cases it is a high honour to refrain from doing so. But, on the other hand, it must be considered as reprehensible conduct to refrain
from giving healthy children to the nation. In this matter the State must assert itself as the trustee of a millennial future, in face of which the egotistic desires of the individual count for nothing and will have to give way before the ruling of the State…”

Reads like a page out of a training manual for Family Court judges, GALs, custody evaluators and social workers!

Furthermore, the quote cited by your reader is actually a manufactured quote derived from a passage in a fictional letter written by Rabbi Daniel Lapin in 2004. (see: http://www.wnd.com/2004/01/22711/)

Ron and Sherry Palmer have been writing about the Family Court injustices and the unconstitutional practices since 2010 and they have an easy way for parents to understand these concepts in their books and materials. Their first published book on this was in May of 2013 in a book called, “NOT in the Child’s Best Interest.” They also have an online class called “Protecting Family Rights” where they go into more depth of the book. You can find the online class in our membership site. The books are published in that site electronically. Ron Palmer is releasing their new book in that site before it is published to the general public on Amazon. Their new book takes this fight to the next level and is going to expose more of the corrupt and evil practices and how the family court judges lie to you and tell you that their practices are not unconstitutional.

Ron and Sherry Palmer help parents and their attorneys understand how to defeat these practices. Be clear that there are also corrupt appellate courts and they tell lies as well. You should not let this stop you, just as Eric has not let this stop him.
