REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY ON SERVICES: Once services are rendered there is no refund. There are no guarantees what kind of results you will get. And you are not hiring us to do your legal work or to provide legal advice or to solve the issue for you. You are hiring us for knowledge purposes only.

You can ask for and receive a refund 24 hours before services are started. This means if we start doing the research, writing, or any activity that is related to the service that you paid for, then refund is not required. If services have begun it will be up to our discretion if anything can or will be refunded.

REFUND POLICY ON PRODUCTS: All product purchases, including all downloadable sample documents, are final once the product is shipped, accessed electronically, or downloaded. You can cancel for a refund prior to shipment of your product. Electronic sales are final once you have accessed your product, received it electronically, or downloaded it. There are no refunds for products that have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded after 48 hours. If you would like to request a refund within the 48 hours you are required to contact us first at custserv@fixfamilycourts.com and request that refund and provide the reasons why. If you purchased the wrong item and would like to exchange it for something comparable in price like a consult please ask. We have the option to provide something else for the purchase and not refund.You are required to notify us if you did not receive the product prior to notifying your credit card company, your bank, paypal or any financial services institution to allow us opportunity to resolve this prior to you asking them for a refund.

SUBSCRIPTIONS/MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Cancel any time by logging into the shopping cart. You can cancel any month and you won’t be billed again. However, a cancellation does not refund the current month if already charged and does not refund previous months charges because we delivered for you. As long as you’re subscribed to the monthly program, you have access to the members area with all of these resources. Alternatively, you can go to contact us and request cancellation in the contact form. You agree that you will contact us and give us at least 20 days time to help you cancel before you complain to your credit card company.

The terms of our cancellation and refund policy include the following:

  1. Your subscription will automatically renew (for the same term) unless you cancel your subscription prior to renewal;
  2. You will be automatically charged for your subscription upon renewal;
  3. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll enjoy benefits until the end of your then-current subscription term; your subscription will not be renewed after that term expires;
  4. We do not provide refunds.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree with this Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, then do not use our services.
