Also hear an attorney who was told the constitution doesn’t apply. He comments that he wishes there had been a reporter in his court. Where he practices there are no reporters. We have discovered that this is more common than we thought. Having no cameras and no court reporters in a courtroom has led to allowing corruption and abuse to flourish.
Any time you have a practice where someone is in power and no accountability and no transparency, this will breed abuse of power and become like a virus.
