If you are going to pay an attorney for something make sure you are paying them to fight for and protect the rights you already have. attorneys-fees-1-ethical-lawyer

Paying an attorney to beg a court for rights you already have is an unnecessary burden on you and your child. Any right that you have to pay to exercise is not really a right at all. Ask the many parents who went through divorce, some who paid millions. According to one father who just went to the RestoringFreedom2016 march in Washington D.C., Brian Kinter, he paid 3 million dollars before he got custody of his daughter!

Didn’t the state’s end those practices during the civil rights movement back in the day when blacks were told that they had to get a sponsor and apply before they were allowed to vote? It was decided that burdening the right to vote was like not having the right at all.

Didn’t America get rid of these practices of burdening rights back then? Kash Jackson thought we did. He went through divorce though and found out that was not the case. He found out that this practice was alive and well and had just been hiding in the family courts.

Parents like Kash Jackson, Kristi Beck, and Dr. Carlos Rivera had to pay attorneys to beg a judge to be allowed to continue to be a parent. How is this not the same as when blacks had to beg someone to sponsor them in order to vote and when blacks had to beg a master and pay them for their freedom?

It’s not much different actually. Parents are suffering burdens that go beyond their ability to pay and being enslaved by a child support system that is being funded by the federal government in Title IV-D. Parents are suffering extended periods away from their children and having to pay for the time that they do get with their child. Parents are being systematically eliminated and extorted because they have love for their child and the courts know that they will do anything to protect that child and continue to be a part of that child’s life.

Listen to Kristi Beck’s most recent interview with a father who has had to change his name, pay to see his children not because he committed any crime but because he exercised his 1st amendment right of freedom of speech and held a sign that said he just wanted to be a father and that family law needed reform. The judge decide that was not in the best interest of his children to have a father like that.

There are so many references that I could use that make this so eerily similar to so many injustices that Americans have shed blood for on our soil. Just pick one and you will find the similarities. It is scary that our country has become blind to the fact that the family courts are hiding the fact that these judges have become like kings lording over the families who pass through their doors, destroying children and parents at their whim as they choose with impunity.
